It started with a bad joke about ranch dressing and turned into the best pizza in Midwest City.
Pizza Rench opened in 2023 out of a pretty simple idea: what if we stopped treating ranch like a guilty pleasure and actually built a whole pizza concept around it? Turns out, people in Oklahoma were very on board with that.
We started small — a tiny storefront on Air Depot with a couple of ovens and zero online ordering. Word got around mostly through friends, family, and one really enthusiastic football coach who wouldn't stop telling people about "The Rench." Before we knew it, we had a line out the door on Friday nights.
We keep things straightforward. Good dough, real cheese, honest toppings, and ranch that's made here in the shop every morning. There's no secret algorithm behind our menu — we just make pizza we'd want to eat, and we don't cut corners doing it.
We still take orders by phone. It's not because we're anti-technology or anything — we just think it works better for us right now. You call, we make it, you pick it up. Simple.
Dough is mixed every morning. Sauce is made from scratch. Nothing sits around from yesterday.
We work with regional suppliers where we can. Our cheese comes from Wisconsin, our flour from Kansas.
We don't use frozen dough, pre-shredded cheese, or pre-cooked meats. Everything gets prepped here.
